Referred them right away to our neighbor.

At first, I was recommended for different plumbing service place to be used but since they cannot invoice my work place or take CC as the payment option I ended up calling EJ Home Services. I'm glad that happened since I get to experience their great service. EJ plumbing was able to set up a technician to come out at my convenient hour. EJ Home Services called me as the technician; Victor, en route to us. The technician let me know how much it is going to be before he start the work. I have worked with some plumbers with hidden costs and agendas, it was great to have service like this. He worked fast and efficiently with great customer service. I will be using service from EJ Home Services again. I even referred them right away to our neighbor.

Overall great experience.

Michael was amazing! He was able to give me a reasonable quote on the phone based on the information I sent through YELP which is great. He is also the few plumbers that know how to fix problems in my "fancy" shower panel. Lots of plumbers I called don't know how to deal with shower panel problems. He put on shoe protector when he came into the house which I really appreciate since we have little one crawling at home. He also patiently explained the work he was doing and why he was doing it. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work area and we have nice hot water in the shower again! We even get 10% off as new yelp customer. Overall great experience. Thank you, I will call you again if we ever have problems with our shower panels (hopefully I don't have to).

Very professional, assessed the problem at hand.

Our water heater was leaking pretty bad and despite the fact that they don't service customers on Sunday, Manny at EJ Home Services (owner) returned my message a few minutes later and told me they could send someone over. Luis was very professional, assessed the problem at hand - the heater was over 11 years old and was on it's last leg. He didn't upsell anything and he gave me a fair price on a new water heater. To be honest I was expecting an upcharge for the Sunday service and the fact that he came over so quickly. Turns out he was coming back from church and he was in the area so it was good timing for everyone.

 Verified Ramiro was AMAZING!! So friendly and kind. He went above and beyond. He cleaned up after himself so meticulously, it was like he never came. He figured out the issue right away and was very honest and upfront about the process. Although he flagged it could be a larger problem, he was able to avoid that outcome and got it fixed for us.  Verified Homeowner In Los Altos...Needed to emergency service a ruptured expansion tank and did the job sameday at very reasonable price. Also Installed my tankless water heater in 2019 on a rush/emergency timeline and did an excellent job then. Same plumber/crew as 6 years ago. Thanks Sam Delgado.

 Verified I had an issue with my water heater. Sam from EJ plumbing was here on time. He was v polite and communicated clearly what the issue was. He provided me different options to fix the issue along with pros and cons for each of the options. after getting my approval, he quickly procured the parts and fixed the issue in less than an hour: this helped us quite a bit as we didn't have hot water in this cold weather. Would absolutely recommend Sam and EJ plumbing to anyone needing help with plumbing/water heater related issues.

 Verified EJ Home Services replaced our sewer and drain lines.  10 workers showed up Monday morning to start the job, they were very courteous and clean.  They finished yesterday and I am so impressed with the work they did. I will continue using EJ Home Services and highly recommend them.

 Verified I contacted EJ Home Services to identify and correct an electrical failure at my home which I rent to tenants.  It was extremely easy to set up an appointment even after hours via their automated assistant over the phone.  Even though it was a busy holiday week, they were able to send an electrician out to the house who was able to assess and correct the problem in very little time.  I was not even present on site during the appointment, but it was EJ made it quite easy to coordinate with the tenants through clear communication.  I would definitely use EJ Home Services again under similar circumstances.  Thank you EJ Home Services!

 Verified Water heater uggggg. I hate having to deal with water heaters.  However, Samuel and Christian from EJ Home services made the process almost painless. Samuel was friendly, and personable. He explained the entire process in detail and he wore shoe covers when he entered the home. They accomplished the job in a reasonable amount of time, were neat and tidy, and rechecked everything. Also the company was excellent to deal with. Phones were answered promptly. The person on the phone was on point. While they give the typical 4 hour window, they provide updates and you can track you tech once they are on the way helping me at least plan out my day instead of waiting. I cannot recommend this business, Samuel and Christian enough. I would give more than 5 stars if yelp would let me.

The technicians: Alfredo Gonzales and Juan Vega were great and gave us their honest opinion and advice.  Our water heater needed urgent replacement.  EJ Plumbing was referred to us our neighbors. Before Antonio, two other plumbers have tried to fix the problem but it only last for a few months. Antonio is quick to diagnose and was able to finish the work in no time. Beyond this, he explained everything he observed and why the proposed solution would work better. He also recommended a handle from Amazon that matches the new valve since he does not have one with him; he explained to us how to put it on when delivered. He's very patient, professional and willing to help customers save money, not like many other plumbers. His charge is reasonable. Very happy to have met him!
